This is a summer unifrom for schoolgirls of one junior high school in northeast of NishiHazu Station, Gamagori Line, Nagoya Railway, in Hazu Town, County of Hazu, Aichi Prefecture.

It is a white sailor blouse with two white stripes on its navy blue collars and a black or navy blue tie bound by hand.
