This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school in west of Toyohashi Station, Tokaido Shinkansen, Tokaido line, and Iida Line, in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with two white stripes on its navy blue collars and on a navy blue cloth between both collars, and a black tie bound by hand.
