This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school between Ueta (Toyohashi Railway) & Mukogaoka Stations, both of Toyohashi Railway, in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with two white stripes on its navy blue collars and a silver light blue tie tike a sailor tie bound by hand attache to the sailor blouse.
