This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school in south of Wakabayashi Station (Meitetsu), Mikawa Line, Nagoya Railway (commonly called "Meitetsu Railway"), in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with a white cloth covering both collars with and a light blue tie bound by hand.
