Here in Japan, it is a trend for schoolgirls to wear shorter skirt.

However, it is a violation against school regulations in most junior/senior high schools.

That is why some schoolgirls of jinior high schools which adopt sailor blouses or vests for schoolgirls' uniforms uses following devices.

Device 1: Make Short your Suspender to Lift the Skirt.

One device is only for schoolgirls who wear suspender skirt, and is to make thier suspenders short temporarily in order to lift their skirts to show them to be shorter; fix their suspenders with safety pins to keep the suspender to be short, and open their skirts' snaps to fit their bodies them.

Wear their sailor blouses or thier vests then, and they seem to be wear thier shorter skirts.
