This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school in east of Kashima Asahi Station, Oarai Kashima Line, Kashima Rinkai Railway, in Hokota City (formerly Asahi Village, County of Kashima), Ibaraki Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with three white stripes on its navy blue collars and a blue tie bound with a navy blue plain band.
