This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high schools far from southeast of Koga Station, JR Utsunomiya (Tohoku) Line, in Koga City (Ibaraki) (formerly Sowa Town, County of Sashima), Ibaraki Prefecture.

About the Winter Uniform.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with three white stripes on its navy blue collars and with an embroidery of "JH", shorten of "junior high school" on a band which binds a blue sailor tie.
