This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high schools far from east-southeast of Koga Station, JR Utsunomiya (Tohoku) Line, in Koga City (Ibaraki) (formerly Sowa Town, County of Sashima), Ibaraki Prefecture.

About the Winter Uniform.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with three white stripes on its navy blue collars and with an embroidery of "JH", shorten of "junior high school" on a band which binds a black sailor tie.
