This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school in east area of Toride Station, Jyoban Line, in Toride City, Ibaraki Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with three white stripes on its navy blue collars and a red tie bound with a band embruidered "JH", a short of "Junior High school".
