This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one industrial senior high school far form north of Okaya Station, Chuo East Line, in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture.
About the Schoolgirls' Uniform.
You can hardly see it, because less schoolgirls goes industrial senior high school and because going the school with plain cloth is allowed.
It is a navy blue sailor blouse with a navy blue stripe and a navy blue tie.
