This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school around Kotobuki Station, Otsuki Line, Fuji Kyuko Railway, in Fuji Yoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
About the Schoolgirls' Uniform.
It is a navy blue sailor blouse with three white stripes on its navy blue collars and with an embroidery of the school emblem on a navy blue cloth between both collars, and a white tie bound with a vany blue plain band.
The strips on the collars are not drawn around the chest, and it may be by an influence of uniforms of a private junior high school in Yamanashi Prefecture. In fact, some junior high schools in Yamanashi Prefecture adopt such sailor blouses. Here is one example.
