These are uniforms of one private junior/senior high school found around Zenkoji Temple, in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
About the Summer Uniform.
The summer cloth is a white sailor blouse with three white stripes on its navy blue collars except around chest (collars around chest are white plain), and a blue tie.
About the Winter Uniform.
On the other hand, the winter cloth is a navy blue sailor blouse with three navy blue stripes on its navy blue collars except around chest (collars around chest are navy blue plain), and a red tie bound by hand.
