This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school in west area of Kohoku Station, JR Narita Line, in Abiko City, Chiba Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with three white stripes on its navy blue collars and a blue tie bound with a band embroidered "JH", a short of "Junior High school".
