This is a winter uniform of one junior high school in west of KitaMatsudo Station, Jyoban Local Line, in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with three red stripes on its navy blue collars, and a red tie bound with a navy blue band with an embroidery of "JH", a short of "Junior High school".
