This is a summer uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school in south of Iwaki Station, Jyoban and Ban-etsu East Lines, in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture.

It is a white sailor blouse with three blue stripes on its white collars and a cloth between both collars, and a blue tie bound with a white plain band.
