This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school between Koriyama Station, Tohoku, Yamagata and Akita Shinkansens, Tohoku, Ban-etsu West, and Ban-etsu East Lines and Kikuta Station, Ban-etsu West Line in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with three white stripes on its navy blue collars and a blue tie bound with a navy blue plian band.
