This is a summer uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school in south of Yabuki Station, Tohoku Line, in Shirakawa City (formerly in Azuma Village, County of NishiShirakawa), Fukushima Prefecture.

It is a white sailor blouse with three white stripes on its navy blue collars and a blue tie bound with a white plain band.
