This was an obsolete summer uniform for schoolgirls of Unifrom of Sakae Higashi Junior High School, a private junior high school around HigashiOmiya Station, JR Utsunomiya Line (Tohoku Line), Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture.

It was as of summer of 2000, and you can no longer see it today due to change of uniforms.
