This was a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one private senior high school in southwest of Matsue Station, San-in Line, in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture.
The school changed its schoolgirls' uniforms in 2005, when it became coeducational school, and you has no longer seen it since April 1, 2007.
