These are uniforms for one junior high school in northwest of Ibaraki Station, JR Kyoto Line (Tokaido Line), in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture.

The summer cloth is a white sailor blouse with two navy blue stripes on its white collars and on a cloth between both collars, and a navy blue tie bound with a band.
On the other hand, the winter cloth is a navy blue sailor blouse and a navy blue tie.
Their collars are larger than average collars of sailor blouses in East Region, so this kind of collars of sailor blouses are often called "western style collars".
