The summer cloth is a white sailor blouse with two blue stripes on its light blue collars and a light blue tie.
On the other hand, the winter one is a navy blue sailor blouse and a light blue tie.
Their collars are larger than average collars of sailor blouses in East Region, so this kind of collars of sailor blouses are often called "western style collars".
