This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school in nortwest of Izumigaoka Station, Semboku Rapid Railway (a division of Osaka Prefecturel Urban Development Company), in Minami Ward, Sakai City (Osaka), Osaka Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blose with a light blue cloth covering both collars and with an embroidery of "M", the initial of the school name, and a red tie bound by hand.
