This is a winter uniform for schoolgirls of one junior high school in west of Tondabayashi Nishiguchi Station, Kintetsu Nagano Line, Kinki Nippon Railway (commonly called "Kintetsu Railway"), in Tondabayashi City, Osaka Prefecture.

It is a navy blue sailor blouse with a white cloth with an embroidery of "T", the initial of the school name, covering its collars with, and a white tie.
